Rod is the founding partner of People Management Partners. He works with businesses to align their business activity with their strategy to improve business performance and profitability.

Rod has 10+ years experience in trade and 30+ years experience in Human Resource Management.
As a small business owner, Rod understands the immense challenges it can bring.

Rod's qualifications are a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Dispute Resolution (Employment Relations), a Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership, and an Advanced Diploma in Project Management.

He also appreciates the value that small and medium businesses generate as the economic engine of regional communities.

Rod's biggest asset is his ability to connect with a wide range of people in business, which enables him to quickly identify pain points and deliver sustainable results that improve business performance and profitability.
